The fact that we live in the same place and must be in the same place at the same hour does not mean we must go there together. I told you the exact time we had to be ready to take the bus, three times, and when that time came you still weren't ready! I remember I was guilty of lazyness when we first met, but now I've done great progress and am getting over it. And I'm angry because if you called me on that, I expected you to be better than me in that aspect. But if you get defensive when I use on you the exact same words you used on me, under the exact same situation, then you have lost all the respect you had left. Now good luck paying for a cab on your own, or good luck being late.

To the first one: You are literally the pickiest eater I've ever met. Yes, even pickier (much more so, actually) than my friendcrush, who wouldn't even touch a piece of chocolate, or even bacon. I'm starting to think you have anorexia or something. My parents spent all of two days JUST finding food you like, and I've never heard a a word of thanks from you. You're 19, not 3. 19-year-olds don't whine and refuse to eat their veggies. Also, do you HAVE to throw up every time we get out of the car? No one gets carsick like that anymore. It's time to train yourself or you won't be able to live for long once you graduate.

To the second one: There's this thing that, rumor has it, makes everyone's lives easier and makes them less likely to facepalm every time you go out in public. It's called MANNERS. Seriously. You don't stare at other people who you think look weird. You don't bring a roll of old newspaper to a New York ferry and swat it at the air in a huge crowd. You don't wag your finger in plain sight at everyone you see. And, for the millionth time, I DON'T need an extra blanket, and I LIKE the ice cubes in my water, thank you very much. It's you who's weird for drinking hot water in 95-degree weather. I've never been able to figure that out.

I wonder what time it is over there...please tell me when you see me again.
