Have overspent again so nervously wating for my bank transfer to go through next monday, Overwise my direct debits might not get paid.

That may have been the saddest "happy new year" ever. I'm sitting on the couch, tired for no reason, watching the clock on my phone, and I quietly muttered the phrase to no one before turning my eyes back to the book I'm reading.

I'm not actually sad, it was just somewhat anticlimactic
