Trouble ?
One time i was in a cell for passing out drunk, parents picked me up

Later a raid early in the morning, they took my bf for alledged bank-theft (nextdoor), that was 8O 8O
they kept him three days and he was then discharged with nothing (unofficial retention)
['funny' was we never saw them in the hights of s**t going on but only after
i threw all the dealers and sidekicks out of our house that had became a marketplace]
Everyday the inspector came for additional interrogations while i sat on the stack of mushrooms,
(i thought i would be better not to look or uncover that in inbetweens)

Later they came saving us from a weirdo several times, lucky we had neighbors who'd call the police

Oh one trouble earlier even, schoolvisit to london, i had no friends so i was lumped with two girls, in a
host-family for the english experience, the dad did some police liaison for interpol
One night school collectively went to a film(Annie Hall) and on the way home we tried to get a drink.
Not in england, so we wasted a lot of time and came home late, i was escorted home
but the interpol dad said i wasn't, so i was punished by putting me in the house with the teachers,
that was much more fun for me anyway
Back home the parents (ofcourse) didn't believe me, maybe there was a start of the bottom falling out, all that loyalty 'rewarded', watching and managing the brothers, keeping the shop, filling all the missing staff and overtimes, no schoolvacancies but work, etc

Totalling no trouble overall - i think
but i really hate it when people go insulting officers right off the bat, its dumb also
just stay polite and concise, no need to lie neither to tell more then they ask you

that answer is too long, apologies
same question

Not really trouble. Once a police officer came when I was having a meltdown out on the street.

Do you understand cricket?

I understand cricket(s), but not cricket. I don't know any sports at all. Correction: I understand Track and Field, or perhaps swimming races. The rest baffles me (especially team sports or judged sports).

Do you know how to play Cat's Cradle? The string game?

I know the game. I have trouble with that sort of stuff.

Do you remember a time when a binder was called a "loose-leaf notebook," or just a "loose-leaf?"

I think I recall 'loose-leaf files', not really familiar with 'binder' in that sense.

When did you last regularly watch a black and white TV, if ever?

I don't remember, but I likely watched it at my first house (prior to 1973).

I have to go listen to my neph play sitar (in my garden) :)

Back soon

It's pressure-cooked soft steak with marinara sauce and various types of pasta.

I watched a black-and-white TV exclusively until 1967, when we got a Zenith color set. (TV's were called "TV sets" a lot in the old days). It was a big 25-inch console set, and I believe it cost somewhere between $500 and $600.

We got our first colour TV in 1975. Most households over here began acquiring them from the early 1970s.

Do you watch much TV via 'streaming' (and I'm not even sure what that is)?

Nope. I really always do it the "regular" way. Except for when I want to "stream" an old radio aircheck.

Driver on the right (UK), or driver on the left (US)?

On the right, anything else seems weird.

Have you ever been interested in betting on horseraces?

No.

If you do not eat meat, how long did it take you to fully cut meat out of your diet?

I had issues with the texture of meat so never had it until I completely overcame it at 20 years of age just like that. Since then I have slowly become used to having it atleast once to twice a week. But there were times in between that I cut it out completely just like that (for about 6 months) and wanted a replacement for the protein. I was doing soy until it gave me severe allergies and then I am back to eating meat now. But only once a week. I eat a lot of beans and cheese for protein.

Same q.
