Quite often.

Are you a romantic?

Eh, I sort of like the idea of romance, but I don't know if I really want a romantic relationship. I consider myself on the aromantic spectrum.

If you could change your name, what would you change it to?

I did change my given name (for safety) but I won't say what it is / was.

Names that I like but didn't pick include Catherine or Emma.

My mother almost named me Robin which is really funny because I'm afraid of robins (the birds).

Besides your wallet, keys or phone is there anything you take with you every time you leave home?

Piranha. They would be fun to feed and I would not have to worry about getting any of their excrement on me.

What is the spiciest thing you've eaten most recently?

A fresh chili pepper of some unknown variety from a pepper plant I was given this spring and have been growing. It was about 6" long. Definitely not the hottest pepper I've eaten, but both sweet and very hot. Nice!

Favorite type of bird and why.

Linnets because I like their song and they remind me of Emily Brontë, and red (male) cardinals because they remind me of my father.

Same q

The Common Loon. If you've ever heard their call around dusk on a still lake and the way it echos across time with its melancholy beauty, it's utterly unique. Their ruby red colored eyes are something too.

In what form do you prefer eating eggs?

Yes, I've heard loons. What a lovely sound.

I like any kind of eggs but prefer them with accessible yolk (sunnyside, boiled, poached) as opposed to scrambled.

fall asleep way too early or fall asleep way too late? (which do you prefer if you aren't working the next day)
