Reading while cuddled up with my pets, with a thunderstorm or snow storm outside.

Surrounded by tons of people, constantly getting attention, in insanely warm weather, having a massive migraine.

Waking up with an alarm clock early in the day, not having my coffee, having to wear "fancy clothes" and going somewhere unfamiliar with lots of sketchy people invading my privacy or personal space, lots of noise, lots of bright light or sunlight or humidity, lots of smells (perfume, sunscreen, smoke, cooking smells), lots of decision making and an expectation that I conform to what everyone else is doing while I perform something quickly and on task.

If I couldn't have my service dog and a book I'd dissolve.

Do you have issues with texture?

That sounds like an awful day indeed

Some food textures, like I dislike almost all meats. Clothing texture do not bother me, labels also don't, which is rare for someone on the spectrum. Do get goosebumps from some weird textures, like those wooden ice-scream sticks, cotton balls or pickles in your hand.

Do you have Trypophobia? Someone mentioned it to me, and I thought I didn't have it. Watched a video, and I wasn't fazed at all. Later, it started gnawing, images came into my mind, and when I watched the video again. I was scared and felt sick. So strange.
