I'm introverted, agoraphobic and have PTSD so I avoid people as much as I can. When I do interact I end up ruminating for days afterward, considering all the things I did wrong.

I drove for 30 years, long distance etc., and absolutely loved driving. Haven't driven since my stroke in 2015 and it's driving me mad! :( I still have my car and I wave longingly at her.

I have not driven in 10 years now after having a bad accident though, there was no physical damage just feel psychologically uneasy about returning to driving after such a long period of inactivity.


Do you try to find serenity within the most simplistic of things?
