Depends, a la carte is a lot better most of the time in my experience.

Read in bed, bus, at work everywhere.

I don't go to restaurants very often unless my nephew suggests one. I do enjoy takeaway food or delivery.

My first library book that I recall was called The Biggest Bear. It had a cracked, yellowing dust jacket and it smelled phenom. I think I was in Montreal at my cousin's house.
