for my dinner i prepared and cooked an onion and tomato and cheese omelet.
it was quite satisfactory, and it was the correct size to satisfy my appetite precisely.

Peanut butter and banana sandwich, it would have been so much better if I wasn't laid up to the eyeballs. It took a good three hours to digest past the oesophagus.
