The bad cop. They have a more exciting life. (And more money) :P

Can you define friendship?

^
^ Hey anna-banana, good to see you back in the interview thread.

Friendship??? My own definition would be: if you make someones life a better experience, then you are his or hers friend.

Talking about definitions, when last did you use a dictionary?

I just came of Wiktionary just now, to check this thread.

(I was checking the definition of momentarily, because I always use it to mean "for a moment," whereas my friend uses it to mean "in a moment." Wiktionary says that "in a moment" is the American version, whereas "for a moment" is UK. This amuses me since my friend who uses the American meaning has a deep (and irrational) dislike of all things American)

A baseball cap.

Do you often use an umbrella?

Not that often. But yeah, when it rains and there's no way around it I do. People moan about there's a lot of rain in Holland but I don't think so.

Do you know how to ride a bicycle?

Yes. It took me a long time to learn. When I was a child I was always sensitive about the fact that my sister learnt to ride a bicycle before I did, despite the fact that she was two years my junior and I started learning over a year before she did.

EDIT
ow, too late, well i keep my nice bike here anyway, but to answer to your question Mc Tell,
I draw all the time, if with a computer pen counts too, yesterday, otherwise with a pencil last week (because i was very busy with the exams this week)

Did you experience this too ? That you thought something was so common everyone knew it and that you suddenly realised this was not the case?

Until I was seventeen, I thought that everybody had the same difficulties noticing body language, and that everybody had to grapple with the same problems with socialising as I had to. I thought, basically, that all other people had faced the same difficulties as I and that, since they all seemed to have succeeded were I was failing, I was perhaps not trying hard enough.

(I'm noticing now that my answer is pretty much the opposite of what you actually asked for, since it's a time I thought people didn't know something when in fact they did, so I'll try again - forgive me leaving the initial answer in)

I tend to make the assumption that, if I know something, then everyone knows it. Just today I was asked who the person in my avatar is, and at first my reply was just, "Blind Willie McTell." It wasn't until later that I remembered that few know who that is, so I went and edited my response so that I explained who he actually was.

When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

Yes, probably every couple of months, to buy things like tins of paint, light fittings or gardening supplies. In fact, I'm likely to go next week some time. My house always has maintenance jobs that need doing- the poor old thing is the same age as me.
