definitely need a big mug of strong tea, so made English Breakfast even tho' it's 3 in the afternnoon.

I've got some instant tea I bought from the oriental supermarket yesterday. It's mint, honeysuckle, some other plant and sugar (lots of sugar, it's the first thing on the ingredients list!)
