And if I don't feel well or need something heavy he gets me shopping with his I pick stuff up for him too and drop off meals when I cook, it's really convenient.My Mum is out of the country about 7-8 months of the year, it gets confusing.

Do you have a nice long weekend off work and are you cooking a roast?
I imagine your weather is similar to mine and there isn't much else to do outdoors.

Yesterday, today, and tomorrow, no work, yay! I've been concentrating on my writing, but, tonight I will go to my Mum's house to cook a roast for her, her husband, and my Dad, he he. And me of course.
Have you had any of your joints yet Temeraire?
What do you do for Easter in the US kraftie? are all the shops shut on Sunday?

Yes indeed, I had lamb and beef yesterday for a roast dinner.
Today I am having leftovers which means another beef dinner.
The cooked lamb has been mostly frozen - I still have pork and chicken to cook yet - I think I went a bit overboard.
