I don't think it'll happen in my lifetime. Pendulum is going further right all the time, and it's a slow-moving pendulum. And there isn't a politician out there who dares admit to doing spliffs, unless they say "I only did it once when I was 14 and I've been thoroughly ashamed of myself ever since and will never, never do it again."
