mango icecream i made. it is at that stage in the freezing process where the goo is just starting to solidify. i love that bit. especially the foam at the top.

12 Tacos with corn shells and corn tortillas, cheese (not that pre-shredded garbage with potato starch), tomato chunks, chicken, taco sauce (not salsa), iceberg lettuce, diced green peppers, diced habaneros and jalapeños, onions, low-fat sour cream and guacamole.
