You wouldn't think the world was so big when you live in your own little bubble

And then you see The Great Wall of China

You've gotta learn quick when you're The Doctor's assistant
There's no time for messing about

When my grandad was my age he had 30 years left to live. That doesn't seem like much.

Just something for sleep.

Not staying and falling asleep.
To make sleeping not stressful and actually restful, then waking up way less painful getting out of bed over every day over and over.

My body feels heavy everytime I lay down on bed to sleep. Even for a short nap can disrupt me into a full blown inertia.

I want something that will help me as soon as I wake up starting most of my days not dysregulated.

This may be a long shot, but have you tried regular fresh air and exercise, or do your personal circumstances make that too difficult?

The chocolate bar I had in my pocket when I went to the park the other day was a gooey mess by the time I unwrapped it on the bus home

I go out a lot, walk few hrs more average a week because I prefer walking to work (which is about 45+ mins per one way trip), and sometimes lift plenty because I like it sensory wise.

Years of habitually doing so for the last 5-7 years; No physical improvements for me until I started taking COQ10.

My sleep issue?
My sleep issue that screwed my body clock started at age 8.
Became virtually unrestorative when I hit menarche at 13. Hormonal shifts and the weather makes it worse at some days.

My diet remains crap because my household refuses to change their ways. I can only eat something healthier on workplace free lunch.

Also I'm an emotional eater.
Only been recently resolving some of the deep rooted causes of it (the less physical side of things).
If only I can outwork my biochemistry like how I solve unprocessed emotions on an increasingly regular basis.

Woo yeah, it's like party central next door to me

My neighbour only pipes up after he's had a few tins of dark fruit

Sounds like there might be no lifestyle fix possible then. :( I hate tablets but sometimes there's no choice, and even then they don't always work well enough. But there's hope you'll find something if you keep trying different ones. And maybe you could eat differently to the rest of the people in your house? It's a bit antisocial, but if they knew your reasons they might be more understanding, and even if they weren't, they'd probably get used to it. But I know it's not always easy.

I'd love to see if this new appointment making thing for my gp is up to scratch

I've got a couple of excuses I could make to see if it works

Good idea. Best to test these things before you need them for something really important. But don't tell them that. You could be a secret shopper. I wonder if they have customer ratings for them on their website? It'd have to be anonymous though.

Apologies everyone
Sometimes forum etiquette just gets lost in the moment
