No, I wasn't allergic to anything on the test but they didn't tell me what the things were.

This common allergen array tests for 70.
https://www.genecopoeia.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/PA006-GeneCopoeia-Allergen-Antigen-Array-Antigen-List.pdf.
It should give you some idea..I doubt fire ant allergy has much prevalence downunder...yet.

It wasn't 70 things. I'd say maybe 15 at most, and some of them were controls.

I know for sure none of them were food.

Thought Bubble ...: If an aging immune system becomes intolerant to various substances, including foods. Perhaps due to aging / or possible malnutrition?. But noticing from a much older Lab technician. My late mother Advising me , that some nutrients
absolutely require other nutrients to be in adquate quantities in the body to even be able to consider absorbing other more specific nutrients . That may occur in minute amounts in the body. But are absolutely required in the ability to process other very valuable nutrients ..( Consider , what ,people have said about eating a balanced diet.or multicoloured foods, vegatables.). This is a very basis for adequate nutrition . If these things are not in any adequate balance, then body has trouble maintaining good balanced health.Overall . This is a very basic explanation.
So add in any aging..or other insults to the aging process . All this affects your bodys own ability to heal. IMHO
Side effects : Not considered by most people is when it is out of balance.
#1: General Inflammation resulting in multiple diagnoses . including heart failure, onto even as simple as general rashes
#2 Digestive issues of many sorts regarding colon issues..and esophagial processes.
#3 Fatigue and part time fatigue.
#4 tremors
#5 variety of musculo-skeletal symptoms ,
Many early warning signs of inadequate nutrition . Can manifest as variety of re-occuring Allergies on occassion.
This is the short list, based on my lifetime experiences .
( (Nothing written above is meant as active medical advise .))please Do your own research please based on physiology .
We are all more common than disimiliar in our basic anatomies, Hearts ,liver ,pancreas etc. all organs prefer certain nutrients .Often various organs will cause their own symptoms. And our bodies can only limitedly exchange other nutrients to replace others.
FYI. sorry for long response

I got quite a bit done today. Took the dog for a nice long walk, got dishes done, kitchen cleaned, found the damn keys, put some laundry away, did some more laundry, vacuumed, cooked a bit. I did stretch, but it's an off day for running. I that about covers it. I'm feeling pretty productive today. Given how I've been lately, I'm pleased by all I did today.
