I live in the north and have a drafty house in addition to being frugal and keeping the thermostat low so I usually sleep in a hoodie sweatshirt with hood up, flannel pj pants, and slippers. Occasionally I'll throw on longjohns as well. June-August I usually sleep in my boxers and t-shirt, once in a while I'll go boxers only. I spent a good portion of my late adolescence/emerging adulthood volunteering as an EMT and being on-duty overnight so I got used to sleeping in full uniform so I could be ready to go immediately. And I never got into the sleep naked thing since I've always had a living situation where someone could potentially walk into my sleeping area.

nude, always. . it feels so good! i think everyone should sleep naked. XD and then your clothes dont touch your skin in an annoying way.

Boxers only; however I do enjoy nude. The problem with the latter is that I always feel like I will be caught in the middle of the night needing clothes (like a fire or something), which of course would be awkward (though not likely).

Awkward, honest, and true. I myself prefer to sleep in shorts cause heck even if I sleep in clothes I end up hurting myself if I don't have a pillow between my legs.

I sleep in different combinations of gear depending on my mood. Usually the basic t-shirt and boxers. I have a couple real thin long sleeve thermals a size too big with awesome texture that I mix it up with from time to time. That's probably 70% right there, and naked is most of the remaining 30%.

edit: and as long as I'm not on the couch, NEVER with socks.

I cannot stand the sensation of cloth or blankets twisting around or getting tight at all such that I am only able to get a good night's rest completely in the nude and usually between 40-60F with a single fabric blanket. I used to rock back and forth and move my feet back and forth and turn around all night in clothes. Nude solves most of my sleeping issues.

I have an unnatural tolerance for cold and seriously dislike the heat. Cold is rather comforting to me.
