No.

In most cases, I really really dislike the sensation of skin-on-skin, even if it's just my arms touching my sides or the skin on my legs touching each other. I seem to be okay with my hands touching my skin, but otherwise, I would hate it.

Yes; with a satin sheet under me and a plush blanket on top of me. I also try to wear as little clothing as I can get away with while at home.

Not usually, but it's not so bad. It has to be very warm for me to sleep nude. Though it would cut down on laundry...hmmmm, maybe I should reconsider.
