I have a feeling I'm not actually going to get the degree I want and end up going in circles with my life as I usually do.

I was wrong about the goldfish.

Oh... did you make a carefully considered goldfish buy? Or not buy one at all?

Not bought one at all. Bought a small 'starter' tank and various bits n pieces. I'm still waiting for it to die. I didn't want to buy it a friend, then for it to die. I would have cried if that'd happened.

Auugh! Well you were being depressing! I have a feeling you will live longer than any human has lived so far, how's that?

Your second feeling makes more sense.

if that materialises i shall use all that spare time to find a way to come back in time and make sure you don't live to see 30

I've noticed that when stuff (yeah, stuff) happens you always get loads of people saying "i had a feeling that was going to happen" or "i dreamt it would happen the night before" or "my dog kept barking every time Thriller played"...
....so next time you 'have a feeling' about something or keep seeing signs, be a doll and let us know.
maybe we will stop some big disaster or something
and you may gloat if you're right.
I have a feeling this will not take off D:

well i downloaded the king george version of the bible (sorry i did not capitalize the "b"), in an ascii file, and i wrote a program to count the instances of the usage of every letter of the alphabet whithin the file.

i then had a database of "letter usage counts", and so i decided to write a small story (which was ridiculous) using the letters that were available to use from the letter usage count table, and i realized that i could probably reword the bible to make it seem it was about me with only a few letters left over that could hopefully spell a very witty final word.

hmmmm.....i think i will go back inside myself where it is warm now.

i see what you mean
i don't like capital letters anyway

Luckily I don't turn 30 for another 5 years, time enough for the synthetic meat technology to have materialized and me to use it to build a creature that looks like me that you will mistakenly kill instead of me. I have a feeling I'll spend the next five years building this disgusting creature. (:

he was quite serious. he lived a hard life and didn't believe he could possibly live long, and i think he did not really want to. he didn't really have much will to live until the last couple of months leading up to his death, ironically.

he used to eat very badly (i.e. fry his steaks in butter), was a heavy smoker & drinker, consorted with the wrong sorts. he never wanted to grow old, and in fact he died at age 64.

i'd imagine 64 sounds pretty old until you reach 63

Ah, just mundane pleasantries!

Well then, now's the time to tell you about the strong feeling I have that you'll also live well over a century, probably closer to two.

I have a strong feeling that everyone who has posted on this thread will be immortal. And will form a commune of Enlightened Immortal Aspies. It'll be great.

Also, Fnord found me out. :P

I have a feeling either nobody will see this post or a lot of people will and overreact.

Anyways, the convos were interesting

Purchase: That is what's happening with a lot of food these days...it's disgusting. I predict at some point that all food will be made synthetically. :|

Mxh and OSB: Dying thoughts are no fun. Have you ever had the feeling though that AT THAT MOMENT you were going to die? Scared me a few times and made me cry. Don't think of death. It is an awful topic. If you are meant to die (which we all will, just at different times) it will happen. Until then, don't think about it. It wastes the time you do have.

Henbane: That would be sad if the second one died! Good call.

B9: I used to go through documents and see if every letter of the alphabet was used as a child. Twas a fun game :D Sort of related to that.

I had a feeling that I wouldn't take the test I needed to today. I didn't. I had a feeling when I got down there: "Don't take the test" I looked in my bag, and I forgot my ID. I went home.

I had a feeling that when I went to sleep, Trigas would as well and he wouldn't be awake when I woke up after my nap....twas also true. Though, that is more based of a pattern of experience...and not really intuition per say.

I had a feeling, when I woke up to rain this morning, that it would rain all day long: it did.

I could keep going, but I'm gonna stop so I don't write an essay here.  :D

the last few letters that are the residue may be downfall of the whole idea.

what if the last few letters are "qxbynnz"? what does one do with that? the only possibility to account for those letters is to think of an organizational structure with a business name where the acronym is "qxbynnz"

hmmm.
"queer xenophobic bisexual young non necrophilic zooologists"

what else? but how could i ( in words (using valuable letters)) justify the explanation of the acronym without stealing letters out of my pre written self exalting anagram of the bible?

oh whatever i could not be bothered.
