A cut off valve would be placed in the pipes for when it's raining to prevent hydro lock, which is bad.
The rush of air would be forced down the tubes by the wide funnel and into the air intake, forcing it into the engine just like a tribe charger. Also an intercooler could be used to Cool down the air more to make the effect even better.
Well what of my idea? Any advice or tips are welcome.

You mean ram air injection which has been around for years???
Some of my ideas:
idiot ray - for zapping idiots (instead of a safety you have a switch with settings of zap and kill)
parking adjuster - for helping out as*holes who clearly need help

What I am doing is trying to make a affordable way of air induction for smaller cars. I will be making more then one version of it. Also mine is placed in front of the air conditioner or to rather side, depending on what kind of car you have.
My sc2 has a lot of open space on it's nose an I will be placing it there, a normal ram air injection would be on the hood.
And I never heard if a ram air injection system before you posted somthing, so to me the idea was my own
