A little to the south of Nijmegen in Overasselt is a religious tree, a "fever-tree"(Koortsboom). In the old days people probably believed that if they hung a piece of cloth from their clothing on the tree that they were healed. This tree has nothing to do with corona, but not surprisingly, in addition to pieces of clothing, mouth masks also hang in the tree. This tree stands along a ruin of a chapel. If it doesn't help then it doesn't harm, but is this reasoning correct? If you hang a piece of your sweater in this tree because your sick, it seems very unwise not to go to a regular doctor.
