You might be autistic if...

Should be a banner day at Chateau Linton.

Insomnia.
It's a drag. It really is.
If there's any way i could help you, I would willingly do it.
Sadly there's no solution.
This is how I imagine you, in bed. Eyes Wide open. Just wishing you could be be knocked out.

What kind of thoughts keep you up at night?
I know when i have a lot on my mind, I struggle to sleep.
They call it rumination.
But I've been somewhat neurotic all my life.
Even as a kid.
I would think a lot, before i went to sleep.
It must of been that prominent a part of my personality, cause i actually remember it.
That and nightmares.
From childhood.

yeah, i won't be sleeping much tonight even when medicated on the old haldol. might make me half-sleep.

too much guilt from dropping the cup. had to carry her, luckily i'm good at that sort of stuff. she was alright afterwards though (no breathing issues). still my fault for being clumsy. too many negative thoughts over many things, and hard to know which ones are false or not. she said it wasn't my fault, but it was. it's been a few years since i accidentally triggered one. throw this one on the remorse pile; that's a big pile now.

thés et scones,
a l'air merveilleux
Attendez...

vraiment
ce gars.

Do you ever have those nights were you just don't get tired, but you feel great? I haven't in a while, but I always did when growing up. Sometimes I'd go to bed, but I'd just think for about 8 hours and never sleep.

I'll be up tonight because of the usual bad memories (I'm in love with the long lost waifu, but that won't keep me up because happy thoughts, and I guess I'll be under the influence of Haldol, so I meet two of those, lol).

Guess it’s that time again…. Am really needing to be asleep ! Btw. Human beings should not really be taking Haldol,
It is way too strong , seriously . But I can understand the need for tranqs sometimes .
