FYI, WE didn't ram fully fueled jets into two of the largest, tallest, most populated buildings.

Neither did the Iraqis.

And if you want to talk about who did what: Abu Ghraib. Guantanamo. Haditha. Ishaqi. Abeer Qassim al-Janabi.

The US isn't going to come off well in any finger-pointing contest.

I am so sorry on the behalf of the Iraqi people that you are dissatisfied with your welcome to Iraq.

You were promised flowers and all you have recieved are bombs! What do you expect after bombing our schools, universitys, factories, water treatment plants and power plants. Not to mention churches, mosques and people for 12 years under illegal and murderous sanctions you killed through starvation and disease and denied us medicines.

You murdered 2 millions including half a million children under 5 years old in 12 years.

Then during the invasion wherein you destroyed nearly all manufacturing, education and health services and destroyed and looted priceless ancient heritage and you murdered 1 millions to add to your other 2 millions.

I can assure you that the Iraqi people will continue to welcome you in the manner that you are now used to untill your murderous vermin leave that land.

Hmmm... OK... I am sorry you (and many other Iraq's feel this way) However:

We bombed only infrastructer that could aid the insurgency or Saddams regime. Ever since 1991 NEVER did we hit on perpose any civilian target that was not helping insurgents or the republican guard. We do surgical strikes, aimed at being efficent for our bombers and at distroying the regime and insurgency while not killing civilians

Indeed, your infrastructure is damaged, not distroyed, inevitable result of bombing, had we just bombed anything, any target the damage would be much worse.

Those sanctions were designed to prevent saddam from re-arming after desert storm, we had supplied plenty of medical equipment and other stuff, but NOTHING for the military, and to prove my point, trucks with a RED CROSS were found in IRAQ that were being used by Saddam for his militarty, and NOT for civilian medical aid, as they were supposed to be. Blaim saddam for those deaths of children, we never intended to kill them, we are not about killing innocent people at least on purpose, collateral damage is inevitable.

WE did not loot anything, YOUR OWN PEOPLE took advantage of a power vacume and looted themselfs, ever see footage of that, it was all on the news here, they did not look like american or british soldures to me!!

If we bombed a school/university/hospital ect it was probably because troops of the Baath party or insurgents were hiding in their, and if that was the case I would have no problem dropping bombs on that building eather.

Indeed, we are not saints, we were dooped into thinking WMD's were in your nation, and while Saddam violated many UN decrees and murdered many of his own people, we are trying to bring a government up in Iraq that can provide security WITHOUT us. Indeed, we were wrong to eliminate your government and it is my sincere opinion that as bad as Saddam was, at least your nation was secure as far as no truck bombings and no lawlessness, even tho he was a horrible person himself, he did keep Iraq from collapsing in on itself.

I think our leaders were very bad, and made many horrible judgement calls, and the result is the Iraqi ppl being caught in the middle. I would be angry also, but perhapse if you all work together to bring up a government and kick the unlawfull combatants out of your nation then we could leave sooner and allow you all to finally live in true freedom.

I dont understand Iraq'i culture, but unlike our leaders, im willing to admit it, what is done is done, and while they have to live with their decisions for the rest of their lives perahspe in the end some good can come from it, you all can live without fear in a secure and prosperous nation and we can get the hell outa their.

I have MUCH more to say but thatll make this post too long.

CIA AND YOUR GOVERNMENT KNEW THERE WERE NO WMD! Your press followed like pans children.

For once I agree with you, it is very likly they lied in order to get into your country. I may be alot of things, but I know I can be very impartial, and admit wrong.

We were wrong to initally enter your nation, and we may be to balim for the lawlessness that insued, however, the looting, bombings, killings, those are all you guys right their. We made a bad situation in Iraq worse, and I hope in the end things improve for all of you, but now the ball is in your court!

Well, it's not really that brave of me, given that I'm not American. The really brave ones are Americans who are willing to admit the truth.

I don't blame the Iraqi resistance one bit. If Americans invaded my country, and tortured and murdered my people, I'd be planting bombs too.

the real brave ones our those fighting, both american, british and iraqi, those people fighting for their beleifs, weather I agree with them or not are the bravest.

im willing to admit i beleive my nation went to war for oil, and that the leaders should be held accoutable (perhapse as a punishment sent to the fighting, heh)

I dont beleive we tourtured anybody (well... maby not the government, we do for the most part obide by the geneva convention). I know if my nation was invaded I would fight too. However we are not their to 'murder' people but rather kill insurgents and unlawful combatants, and restore law and order while propping up a democratic gov't. Weather I agree with it or not (and i often dont) that is what we are their for.

[quote="Anubis"]I don't support the US military's tactics and its continued abuse of Iraqis, but I do believe in military intervention when things get really bad in a country. Saddam was a very evil man, and he deserved what he got.

Warring over oil may be neccessary in the future. If someone cuts energy supplies or greatly raises their cost, then the only option is intervention, I'm afraid. That or anarchy and great hardships

Don't deny that Iraqis are killing Iraqis. You must be greatly ignorant and closed minded to believe otherwise. It isn't bullcrap propaganda, as much as you'd like to think. Far from it.

Indeed, i hate to say it, but I think in the future wars over oil will be more common and more nasty. The gloabl economy runs on the stuff and as China and India surpass the US in economic productivity they will need a TON of it. Their militarys will become global probably like the US and England and the result will be horrible wars over a substance that pollutes our world and will someday run out. Alternative fules will hopefully someday fix this problem. SOmeday.
