My boyfriend's voice. He suspects he may have AS.

The sentence he's saying is an entry for the Bulwer-Lytton contest which we concocted in a flash of genius horribleness. Don't bother trying to steal it, we already sent it in.

((Like you'd want to admit to having thought this one up.))

I spoke in a really high-pitched, thin, and nasally voice for years. However, I've come to realize that this wasn't because of my vocal chords, but rather cause I wasn't projecting my voice right. So now my voice is still a bit on the high-pitched side, but it's louder and huskier. This is especially true now that I'm doing the news on the radio - I'll probably post a clip of that soon.

Anyway, on the subject of accents, here's a clip I recorded awhile ago of my own voice. I used my digital camera as I didn't have a microphone at the time, but you don't see anything, I had the lens covered or on a pillow or something. I really do NOT have a feminine voice.

Your voice is feminine. Your accent is relatively neutral and could pass for just about anywhere in the Northern half of the country.

Post it anyway! :)

I'll probably get around to posting mine in a few days.

All right for monotonous voices! I'm not the only one.

Is it really monotone? I can't tell when someone is monotone unless it's really obvious.

Oh god, "I'm sick. I'm sick." Someone needs to incorporate that into an albino black sheep flash animation, just that excerpt, exactly as it is. It sounds a tiny bit obscene, too; actually both of them kind of do. Call some random numbers, like right now, while you're still talking like that, if you are, and just say, "I'm sick. I'm sick."

I sound deeper in real life. :( Anyways, I never really go to that site. But if you want to, go ahead and make a flash cartoon or whatever. I always have acess to my sick voice, but being sick makes it my only voice.

I sing...a little. Florida can wreak havoc on my voice, and I'm sitting down. I also have a Queen song stuck in my head.

I'm afraid my voice is far too silly to display here, heh

From what I can hear from answering machines I have a somewhat deep voice which can crackle at lower volumes

too much testosterone I tell you

Hahahahaha. I love the sesame street disclaimer. You have a cute voice. I am now tempted to post up my animal impressions, I can do a pigeon, a chickadee, a gunea pig, and a cat's purr, regular meow, and threatened meow. I actually have conversaions with my cat in his own language with up to and perhpas beyond five statements and responses; it's been descibed as something which is cute and that should be filmed.
