Idaho Rose, speaking of anime, my brother showed me Bible Black and I found it highly amusing. Does that put me beyond redemption?

And syzygyish is right, of the Hanna Barberas, Pepe Le Pew is one of the best.

Oh yeah, Bible Black. I've read about that. What do you need redemption for? It's not bad to like that sort of thing.

God told me he thought it was kind of yucky. Although I guess He wouldn't have answered me if He thought it was irredeemable so I guess you're right.

I think I've seen picture of Helsing. Maybe action figures, All in black with a cool hat?

Honestly Hanna Barbera sucks. I liked Thundarr the Barbarian as a kid but that was a long time ago. Warner Brothers stinks too, except for some of the older stuff.(Batman was good though) I cant stand Bugs Bunny except for the WW2 propaganda ones thety never show anymore. Scooby Doo is a predictable as an episode of Threes Company.I have always hated Disney except for Darkwing Duck and Recess.Gummi Bears was good.

I think the Tex Avery cartoons were great . Weird "cars of the future" and "the cat that hated people" stand alones. The older Tom and Jerrys. The one where Toms out freezing in the cold and Jerrys living in an penthouse is good and creepy, Chuck Jones. MY favorite is probably the OLD one with jerry scaring Tom with a "ghost" (sheet on a vacuum cleaner.) Then the Sci FI one with the robot cat and mouse on a space station. And "the line and the dot " is a classic.

I like the old Popeyes. The one where he goes to Goon island was freaky.

I mostly like cartoons that are funny. I like action in comics. Never the opposite don't know why.
A lot of teh newer cartoons (last 15 years ) have been good. The ones targeted at adults anyway. Ren and Stimpy etc. Some , like Family Guy and Drawn together , just go too far and arent funny at all. Southpark is twisted but intelligent. Family guy is the same idea in the hands of people intent on dumbing it down to it's lowest common denominator.

I don't see a lot of really amazing animation. I see really LOUSY animation actually. I think Ren and Stimpy was good but stuff like Dexters Labratory just doesnt hold up. The old Star Trek and Planet of the Apes were lousy but they had an excuse, no money.

Worst cartoon animation ever was of course the old Marvel Super Heroes, but they had exciting soundtracks and catchy songs.

I'm spent.

Thats it. I'm quitting as an artist.

I could never communicate such an educational topic so well.

Still, I had this idea about a potty training video . . . .

I was in a gay bar once. They had my favorite beer on tap and they were in the basement of my apartment building. I was working on lesson plans for the next day at Daycamp.

A guy comes in . He sits next to me says hes depressed. I say why. He says hes fat and old and none of the young boys like him. He also Tells me he does a lot of drag and was fired that day for being a racist.

I said how can you do drag You got a beard. He said he does it for laughs. Then he asked me how could he be a racist hes gay. I said easy just say " I hate *******s real loud in public."

At the end of the night some dude in town for a local gay pride march comes up and says he wants me . I tell him he has to go thru fatty first. So a happy ending . I goy him laid.

(I'm leaving out the part with the stun gun the hotel room .)
where were we?

I'm the son of rage and love
the Jesus of Suburbia
The Bible of
None of the above
On a steady diet of

Soda pop and retalin
No one ever died for my sins in hell
As far as I can tell
At least the ones I got away with

And there's nothing wrong with me
This is how I'm s'posed to be
In a land of make believe
That don't believe in me.

-Jesus of Suburbia, Greenday.

that that's the truth
and if you don't believe me
it's your fault for being abstruse

your pain will never go away
untill you find your lyric whole
and ascend your soul
in "This is how I'm s'posed to be"
