I have to find a YouTube one, but meanwhile here is a static composite I did with a photo from 1903 fading into one I took recently. It is of a portion of the IRT elevated subway trestle on Broadway at 125th Street on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

Our subway system is 105 years old! :D

I can't make a video of where I'm from. If the camera doesn't catch fire, some red guy with horns, a pointy tail and a pitchfork confiscates it. I can say this: it's a heck of a place.

Great pics deathstone, esp. the meteor one. I've always wanted to go to Sedona.

Just like I thought, there are no videos of Dobson, NC (Hey, I may shoot one myself and narrate :D ). But there are some of Mount Airy NC(aka Mayberry), ten miles away. After watching these videos, it will become cleay what Mount Airy is famous for.

This was taken from the 50-foot-high trestle for the IRT #1 elevated subway line that comes out of the ground at West 122nd Street, flies across Manhattanville, and goes back underground at West 137th Street. The over-the-rail shot is of Tiemann Place, which leads up to the park at Grant's Tomb.

And yes, those are actually seagulls that you hear :D

Huh, welcome to my morning commute
