I don't really know, since I haven't been to every city and tried their pizza.
There are quite a few local pizza places in my city, but it's hard to know which ones are really good. Most of them are take-out only. My mother, my grandmother and I were fond of Pizza Delight, a franchise similar to Pizza Hut where we could eat in but it closed down here. There was a Pizza Hut here once a long time ago and I really liked it as a kid. It closed down, too.
I heard New York has really good pizza. My mom and my aunt went to a pizza place there, but they had a kind of an...interesting...experience with the waiter. I'm just saying that if neither of them ran away screaming because a big, burly man started chasing them because they didn't leave him a big enough tip, and he wanted to tell them he needed more, they are both much braver women than I am.
That's very strange, I thought servers were supposed to just accept the tip even if the customer was a total cheapskate. I read somewhere putting a smiley face on the bill helps the tips go up. But I've digressed.
