Then (October 30 and 31), riding the roller coaster over and over.

Now, rubbing flea bites (rescued a kitten!) even when they don't itch.

My psych friend says that stimming only seems non-functional; it usually has the effect of activating or helping some system, for example, roller coaster riding apparently is good for the vestibular system. The effect seems more far reaching, though. People commented the next day on how much better I looked.

I have been rubbing flea bites for 11 days; no one has said anything...

Chewing on my lip, picking at my wounds, listening to music, having the heat turned up to 90 degrees, smelling various things, and other things which arent appropriate to mention on this forum.

And just general fidgeting. I am leaning my computer to the right, using it as a leg rest and rubbing my foot over a smooth edge.

At work: play with the goatee or roll a billet of steel back and forth across the floor underneath my feet (it's worn a hole in the linoleum) or shake the the left leg. Sometimes rock very lightly in the chair.
Edit: More I noticed today......wave a writing untensil back and forth between my thumb and finger, playing with a rubber band (my favorite...and I forgot about it.)

At home mainly just fidget the toes or play with the goaatee, hair, whatevers is around.
