I just found out that the mare I just sold is pregnant. 8O

She had no contact with any male horse that still has his nuts (that I know of) in the last year.

Which is more wtf-worthy?
The fact that a dog breeder would shoot over 80 dogs because of a few small citations.
OR
The fact that there is no law preventing him from doing that?

both of those are WTF worthy.

here it is illegal for kids under 18 to buy cigarettes but it is not illegal for them to smoke. weird it is.
