i know what i saw [3 times] and it wasn't no stinkin' swamp gas or blinkin' weather balloons. 
as for what those alien little hummers are doing here in the first place, you'd have to ask them. if they don't answer or even acknowledge, then either it is up to no good or it is way beyond our pay grade, or some combination.
