For the whole day, I have been writing my "Lost" story - so far, it's two really long chapters :)

Managed to finally get my new Sony Walkman MP3 player to work.. What a relief I haven't wasted £340 on a useless lump of plastic.

Deep introspection and self realization.

Got a plumber in to fix the faulty washing machine tap that has been plaguing me for literally years. (It took him 15 minutes to fix.) (Half an hour later I flooded my bathroom.)

3 loads of laundry, dishes, vacuuming, changed my sheets, swept the train floor, hosed the peacock poop off the verandas, watered all the pot plants, downloaded all my thrash-puppy discoveries onto USB and plugged it into the stereo for max volume during all this.

My speech therapist is coming tomorrow and I don't want to look like a slob. :D

Conciousness....but hope to catch a few more hours..? ...dodging the PTSD thoughts....if I just lie there ,they build on each other...as they flit about in my brain. So change location to the couch and some theonine with a little valerian root ..maybe about 20 min. hopefully back to dreamland. Tele if necessary. And not too much med. if necessary can shake it off and get on with it.

I helped a small child who hurt himself skating

I'm a bit proud of myself because I have a bit of a phobia of the little people

I mean I only sat with him until his grandad came but at least I went out of my comfort zone
