You mentioned visiting a dentist elsewhere. You don't seem like the massage type, so I'll go with that.

Oh I'm definitely the massage type, but only with one masseur I've known for years and only deep pressure.

My lie was 2. I had a dental appointment and my masseur is in the same building so I popped in to say hello. His client hadn't shown up so I had an hour-long massage. Heavenly.

I couldn't have a massage if the masseuse paid me. I hate all unnecessary physical contact beyond handshakes and kisses on cheeks, in the continental manner. I'd kiss ladies' hands by way of greeting, but it's no longer allowed



I'd rather not get on my knees, though.

That's cute. I'm surprised that I like massage because I'm not big on physical contact either. I don't even like hugs. I first went to this man with a very painful neck injury, and because it's deep pressure I am always comfortable. It's rather like having a weighted blanket or the lead vest of a dentist. I'm always covered enough for modesty, too ... so that's not a concern either.

My lie was #1. I have had a few massages before, when I was a teenager, but I was completely different back then. No taste for them now.
