Yes, I've seen HELP

Have you seen Across the Universe? That was pretty trippy.

I haven't seen it.

What kinds of things do you like to put in salads?

I'm thinking of the less ordinary: cranberries raisins cashews peanuts almonds mandarins garbanzos spinach beetroot feta tofu avocado bok choi apple arugula peppers sesame seeds -- stop me now I'm hungry

I would relish a salad with all of those ingredients. I'm game for most anything in a salad. I like all greens, even the more bitter tasting ones. Raw veggies....mmmmm. I like making my own impromptu vinaigrettes.

Have you ever had a mousse made from silken tofu? Delicious.

I have not! Wow, that sounds good though!

Is there a vegetable that you don't like?

You should try making it. If you Google silken tofu mousse recipes will come up. It's been awhile, but it's so simple if you have a food processor or blender. Silken tofu, cocoa powder, sweetener of your choice. Blend. Done!

The only vegetable that comes to mind offhand would be eggplant. I do like a garlicky babe garnish, but I'm not a fan of eggplant prepared other ways.

Same q

I'm very picky about fruit, but I can't think of a really bad vegetable. I suppose celery, because I choked on a crescent piece in a restaurant and needed Heimlich (sp?) I don't mind the taste of celery but I'm scared of it now.

Fruit I won't eat: peaches, apricots, strawberries, oranges, grapefruit, blackberries, pears, mangoes ... I'm sure there's more.
Oh my lands ... .... cantaloupe or honeydew :eew:

Are there types of fruit you don't like?

PS I will try the tofu mousse! Thanks!

I can relate in a way to the aversion of a food due to a choking incident. I saved one of our kid's lives as a toddler from choking on a frozen blackberry. It's still a bit too traumatic to think about. I hated blackberries for years afterward. Just terrible.

Otherwise I think pomegranates are more of a bother than they're worth. Oh, my lands!

How about garlic?

Bon nuit!

Oh heavens! I won't mention that type of fruit to you. How traumatic! I don't like it either so it's now officially blacklisted.

I don't like garlic on meat ( :eew: ) but I like garlic bread or that type of thing.

à bientôt mon ami!

There aren't any fruits or veggies I don't like, although I'm no fan of mushrooms/ champignon. Other than them, they're all good with the right kind of dish (the ones I've eaten anyway)

I have no interest in going to any other planet, unless it was Earth in a parallel universe.

It'd be easier to list the fruits and vegetables that I do like.

Are sleeping cats adorable, in your opinion?

Yes. It's hard not to want to pet them.

What's something you do for fun?

I like sleeping cats especially if they are napping with me.

I prefer flying to driving.

Does watching CNN or FOX drive you crazy. (Figurative that is)
