@ short:

Things in a good way:
My father and his side of the family. My brother and his music. Adopting my nephew. (Note the male theme).
Going to Uni even though it was hard without accommodations.

Things in a bad way:
Lifelong issues with my mother and other girls / women. Trauma from a prolonged period of assault. Fear.
Lack of knowledge about my ASD. Mutism. Agoraphobia. Having a stroke on top of CPTSD, on top of ASD.
Having some random punk try to kill my nephew on the weekend.

Question:
If you could change one physical attribute which would it be and why?

Making sure weight issues go away in my family for good, even though two people who IMO don't deserve healthy physiques are my two uncles. Both are overweight d-bags who eat a lot of junk food, work blue-collar jobs, and expect me to do the same on basis of gender.

(Even though I myself am overweight, I am getting help losing weight from my therapist because I can't afford a personal trainer along with avoiding junk food as much as I can.)

Same question.

I lost 40 pounds and was in good shape. As an emotional eater I gained 20 back during my father in laws illness and hospice in our home.

I lost 9 pounds slowly in an up and down pattern.

Funny thing - when I was close to 150, people (who hadn’t seen me)asked me if I was dying. Also my BMI was too high according to the experts. (I’m 5’6)

Bragging now- After a year training I earned a Gold in Butterfly in the 65 and older group. Fear kept me from diving off the swimming starting blocks. I was the little guy standing in the gutter that surprised everyone. Even me, as 2 weeks before the Corporate Challenge I could do 3/4 of the race.

But I digress.

What is the weirdest thing you ate.
(Lately mine was a few cat food kernels ) 8)

I've never eaten crazy weird stuff. My wife would probably say the penchant I've had for eating the cartilage/ connective tissue from the ends of chicken bones, pork bones, etc. Many other cultures think nothing of it.

I like to mix stuff up.

My beloved wife ask me if I really like that.

Peanut butter mixed with peanuts and honey.

I think I dipped a PBJ in some yogurt recently. But generally I don't branch out too much in terms of what I eat.

In the spirit of that question, what's the weirdest thing you've ever drank?

Hmm tough one. I'm going off of my own standards, so what I think is weird might be perfectly normal. I find it really weird that people organize and attend pep assemblies and stuff like that.

I like playing a country song on my harmonica and then mash it into a Beethoven piece. At times I play it with nose air.

Ellen put a video of that on her show.

Back in my magic days I put a horse syringe needle through my for arm.

I stopped after a student told me it gave her nightmares for 3 nights.

The thing I can think of now is seeing people pick up used cigarettes off of the ground and smoke them.

How do you ignore someone who is hateful?

I do my best to control my breathing and get out of the situation.

If need be, I try to carefully walk away from an escalating situation to de-escalate the scenario

Are there books or films, you would like to see a remake of potentially speaking

No, not really. Most film remakes have been pretty poor ones.

Is there a story of a famous person you would love to see a movie about? Mine is Denis Istomin, of course.
