I struggle all of the time.

Do you prefer your forename in full or a diminutive e.g. 'Matt' rather than 'Matthew'?

You cant shorten my name. My mom made sure that me and all my siblings had names that could not be shortened. She believed that if you were given a name you should use it. No going by middle names or anything like that either.

Do you like your given name or do you wish it were different?

I utilize my given name

Do you think it's silly when celebrities name their children with strange names

Yeah I use my given name. I really don't like it when people shorten it to "Jim". And yeah I really do struggle with social interactions.
Do you struggle with motivation and executive function?

I thought it was silly when Michael Jackson named his son, Blanket. But maybe that wasn't the son's legal name.

Other than that, there are many people, not just celebrities, who name their children odd names or odd spellings of common names. It's not my thing.

Do you struggle with motivation and executive function?

Yes, I struggle with both.

Mostly I don't struggle but there are times when I cannot be bothered being organised. I like to take a giant breather from everything, so maybe there is a lot of effort going into being motivated and organised? Who knows, and at the moment who cares (I'm in breather mode. Slightly inconvenient as I have 3 websites to build...)

Same q

After my second day of knitting I've yet to cast on 120 stitches of my new project (takes maybe 10 minutes?), and my previous project has been put aside.

So, um .... what was the question?
Yup I have difficulty.
I can't start. I can't finish. In the middle I either lose focus or get so obsessed that I can do nothing else.

same q

I often have music helping me along. Simply cannot do housework without music. Mostly I don't do housework but thats another story!!

Once I get started I seem to be ok - but getting started.... hmm

What was the most surprising thing that you found out about a friend and what made it surprising?

I found out a friend had a crush on me which was surprising because they were already in a relationship lmao

Do you enjoy long boat trips? Like several days long?

We had a cabin cruiser when I was young, a boat that had a sleeping area, galley, bathroom and a table. We took that on some trips around the Great Lakes but not on any 24/7 voyages over great distances.

I have never been on a cruise on a ship. Neither has my wife. Thankfully, neither of us have any desire whatsoever to do so. I know people personally including in my own family that LOVE going on cruises. I'm happy for them. It's just not for me.

Would you ever want to go up in space?

If the technology became more suitable for people with no experience, then yes.

Same question.
