My audiology report looked similar to yours and they tested for hearing loss just like you. They also tested for and confirmed hyperacusis. I don't recall them actually testing for tinnitus for me. The hyperacusis test was easy because they gave me some sort of button to press to stop the sounds when they got uncomfortably loud in the headset.
Since tinnitus is internal, a "perceived" sound, I don't recall if they gave me tests for that or what that test would have been like. I'll have to think about that some more.
I thought you'd like this. A vinyl picture disc. I did not buy it, but I was tempted.....
Do you have an alcoholic beverage you prefer to drink if/when you drink?
I have the album on vinyl (two copies I believe) and I would have bought that one too! (Restraint isn't one of my skills).
I'm quite sure I did have a tinnitus test in a little booth where I had to click the button to match the pitch.
I think the test was done at a totally different location than the one I posted, but those years are a blur for me.
Maybe my high frequency loss is because the tinnitus blurs the other sound?
My drink would be a Whiskey Sour or a Long Island Iced Tea.
I can't drink rum.
I only have one coffee a day and it's when I first wake. I do have tea later on though, and it doesn't bother me.
