Martyrs Mirror. It's a pretty big reference book written in the 18th century by a Dutchman. It recounts all the murderous and torturous acts perpetrated on Christians over the years.

At Dog Mountain Farm, the parts of geese that aren't normally sold (necks, hearts, gizzards, feet and goose heads) can still be bought to make soups or stews. Interested?
