Another beer from 21st Amendment, Lower Da Boom barleywine style ale

I do like me a good barleywine, and this is one such. I felt disappointed when I opened the box and saw that the cans are only 8.5 oz, rather than 12, but then I noticed the alcohol content is over 11%. Also, the flavor lens itself to sipping, so it actually works.

I can't complain about flavor per dollar, even at the rather elevated price point. They charge less for most of their beers, and priced this one higher with good reason.

Tea with cherry preserves in syrup. Russians drink it this way a lot, and my mother-in-law bought the stuff thinking it was regular cherry jam.

Either a green tea with jasmine, or a green tea with (chamomile?) - taste buds can't tell the difference because both types are godawful, but unfortunately my older sister has a habit of bestowing half a tonne of teabags on me whenever she visits, and I'm determined to wade through them and not waste the (shudder) gift.

It's black as sin, and it comes in a black can. Even the top, including the pull tab, is black. That's knee-shiveringly cool.
