Probably go out on a lake, and watch the shore. It would be great if there were people on the shore just "doing their thing."

Same question.

The wispy clouds are "cirrus" clouds.

I experienced a beautiful purple sky near Stonehenge. I didn't want to get in the car and go away from there. I wanted to sleep there. The temperature was around 9 degrees Celsius, as I recall.

Do you still get excited when the ice cream truck comes around?

My seesaw memory involved boating and going to an island with swings and a slide. I was in my life vest and I was only about three. I love boating so my favourite thing to do would be boating or reading, or both together, with my dog and cats and a purple sky.

I like "see-saw," even though it was called a "teeter-totter" on the Brady Bunch.

Bananas, or Plaintains?

Bananas, but they have to be perfect. No black or green or mush.

Drawing room or receiving room?

Drawing Room!

I tend to admire the "Drawing Room Wits" in English literature before the 20th century.

Do you enjoy Hampstead Heath?

I'd sooner go to Central Park

Do you know how to change a car tire? (I certainly don't).

Yes I do. I've changed a number of tires in my life. I've also changed oil in vehicles and spark plugs. I wouldn't call myself particularly mechanically inclined, however.

Do you like marzipan?

I'm not sure if I've had marzipan but it looks nice.

Do you have any photos of yourself on Santa's lap? I have one.

Nope. None.

Do you know if kids still are able to go on Santa's lap in department stores?

I don't think I do have any such photo. I know I sat on Santa's lap when I was little, but I don't recall liking it.

Yes, Kortie, Santa still makes appearances in shopping malls where I live.

Do you enjoy holding babies?

Of course kids can still sit on his lap! Well, so far as I know anyway! I don't frequent department stores very often.

I like to hold babies if I'm seated and they aren't crying lol.
Toddlers, no.

Did you see the lighting of the tree at Rockefellar (sp?) last night Kortie? (or anyone else on telly).

My guests (my wife's relatives) were able to see the Rockefeller Center tree go up. I didn't see it.

Yes, I like songs she sings. Do you like Randy Newman, another prolific songwriter who also sings?

Carole King is a friend of my psychologist. She went to high school with his brother in Brooklyn, and they kept in touch.

Her song makes me sob for N now.

Randy Newman is great too. He evokes a lot of nostalgia for my childhood.

I'm glad your guests saw that, Korts. I'd love such an experience. They must be having such a good time.

Which of the Seven Wonders would you like to see?

Ancient: The Hanging Gardens
"New" (also on the ancient list): The Great Wall. In theory, it would be cool to walk the 4,000 miles of it if I could be left to myself and remain safe from harm.

Last time a smell put you in a foul mood and what was the smell?
