Nope. I eat whatever Ive got on hand whenever I remember to eat.
However, it used to be really structured when I was a kid. My parents are big on healthy eating so we always had meals at specific times and ate a specific amount etc etc. And my moms a great cook but we had like a rotating few meals that she made because we all liked them and they were healthy for us.

Do you think an NT parent can ever truly connect with and understand their ND child? Or do you think their parenting will always be slightly flawed?

I'm sure there are some excellent NT parents and some horrible NT parents. Likewise with ND people who raise children.
I'm my case I got along well with my father (spectrum) but not my mother (toxic, narcissistic NT).

All relationships are flawed in some way, as long as the parent does their best and gives their child love, that's all anyone can do anyway.

What do you buy someone who has everything?

It would depend on what the person asking me wants.

Same question.

Someone who has everything is bound to like everything, so I'd get more of the same.

My issue with my mother is what to buy someone who hates everything?
I need a Christmas gift and an 80 birthday present for her, pronto.

same q

No. The less layers I wear, the more comfortable I am, but when it's cold, I have to bundle up.

What's your favourite drink?

Juggle more than three objects -- I can do three but not more

Think outside the box -- I can't even find the borders (I'm deep inside it)
Forgive someone -- depends. Hurt me, maybe. Hurt someone I love, no.
Lucid dreaming
One handed pull up -- not even two handed

I can think outside the box and forgive someone. I have had lucid dreams before, but not intentionally.

Are you good at budgeting and managing finances?

If you promised something really important, and than broke that promise, how do you tell the person you promised it to?

I try not to. I'm really bad at confrontational situations and avoid them if I can. But if I have to, I try to come clean.

Motorcycle---- Yes, I know how to ride a motorcycle.
Start a fire with sticks ------ I've never tried.
Dive from ten meter springboard----- No.
Parallel parking------ Pretty easy.
Splits (gymnastics)------ I think I'd need to be hospitalized afterward.

Nuclear physics--- Not in this lifetime.
Build a house----- I've never tried but I done types of home renovation work.
Ruby on rails. -----ride on rails? Yes.
Play chess----- Yes. Go is more challenging though.
Defrig the computer---- hmmm...the image of defrigging or especially frigging a computer sounds painful and deviant and gives new meaning to naughty "bits".
Install window----Yes I've done this more than once.
Train a dog-----I've tried but not with the best of success.

Hamburger, hotdog or falafel?
