Generally yes because I'm so bad at a lot of them. However someone got me to play an easy online one which I've played for years.

Same Q

caThar4G,
Wow -- that was quite the scary experience! I'm glad you weren't injured more severely.

I haven't ever played video games except for PacMan when I was 13, and a couple with my nephew which were something to do with driving through a dessert? He has a Switch now so maybe I should try again. (I don't hate the idea of video games unless they are the violent killing types).

Which of the following have you done?

Sent home from school for poor behaviour
Sit on a rooftop
Turn a cartwheel (gymnastics, not wagons)
Build a snowman
Care for an injured, wild animal
Go backstage at a concert or gig
See a professional stage musical

Make a mixed CD of love songs for someone
Be a pall bearer
Give a eulogy
Attend couples' counselling
Paint a room (the walls, not 'a picture of a room') :P
Plumbing repairs
Foster a child
Receive holy communion

Dig a deep hole
Ride a ferris wheel (no pun on saving ferris)
Go to an aquarium exhibit
Go to Disneyland / World (Disney anywhere in the world)
Camp on an island with no resources
Hitch hike
Ask a professor for an extension of time

Curse at a teacher
Sing Christmas carols door to door
Design a website
Tell someone you don't want to be their friend any more

When was the last time you had cake or ice cream and what kind/flavor was it?

I'll go with Bruce Lee as, he illustrated the notion that often one has to go about their own path to success as well, that thinking outside the box often is more beneficial than relying upon traditional techniques

Are there things you have a great deal of disdain for?

Hero: Denis Istomin. He overcame great odds to play on the professional ATP tennis tour.

I have disdain for people who are cruel to animals. They are often mean to people as well.

Same q.

I have disdain for people who seek power for themselves, while denying basic human dignity for others.

Same question.

IstominFan and Krafttie, I echo your sentiments. You seem decent people whom I can greatly respect.

I, too, disdain these people. I also disdain reality show participants and socialites who are famous for no reason and make no worthwhile contribution to society.

What is your oldest surviving Christmas gift?

Hmm, I'd go with a Bose radio/cd player from 1997, yep it still works after after all these years.

I tried to "write about myself" about 35 years ago. It didn't succeed.

For some reason, I feel self-conscious about writing about myself.

Same question.

Well, I did have a blog on WordPress actually, back in 2013 but, seeing how no one ever visited , I simply gave up and deleted it;however, I might return to such sometime in the near future.

Do you feel there are great occupational opportunities in your area?

My oldest surviving Christmas gift is likely my Fisher Price record player with the bumps on the records, or some of my really old vinyl albums, all from the early 1970s.

There are a moderate number of employment opportunities where I live.

Do you own a Dictionary or Thesaurus?
