She was at a different royal wedding.

No, she somehow connected with and befriended Sarah Ferguson, so she was at Princess Eugenie's wedding. She was never on the Oprah Show, however. As for being a medium, she does manage to make a lot of money with it...

1. I went to a few psychics and I have to say, most of them were incredible. Two in particular were uncanny. They knew the impossible even though I met them by chance.

2. I went to a taping of John Edwards (a famous medium), and he amazed a gentleman behind me with stories about his ancestors.

3. My friend enjoys doing tarot card readings, and takes it very seriously although I do not.

#1 for Isabella. My guess is that you were unimpressed.

#1 is true. One of them was a random lady in a little booth at Balboa Beach, CA. One was here where I live. I wasn't interested in my future because they could make up anything and make it sound convincing, so I asked them to tell me things I could verify from my past / present. I stayed poker-faced. The detail was beyond description, even going back many years in my life.

I'm not saying that psychic abilities are necessarily real, but I have no other way to explain what they knew. The woman at the beach even knew my birthdate, bang on. It was the first thing she said.

2 is my lie.

3 is true.

1. I've just finished the long version of the Rosary.
2. I'm considering teaching myself Hebrew.
3. I'm considering teaching myself Greek.

#3. Haven't you already begun learning Greek?

#3, yes. I learned Greek to a basic, GCSE level as a teenager. I can just about read the NT using a dictionary, though my grammar is really rusty and needs to be revised.

I bought a gorgeous, leather bound edition of the OT in Hebrew from Birmingham last week, and need to find some use for it.

1) I'm drinking a 2007 green Puer today.

2) I performed the Chinese tea ceremony.

3) I prefer to drink Chinese tea from cups made of Taiwanese clay.

It's not Taiwan, it's the Republic of China.

I am not well informed enough to take a position on the One China policy. My only interest is in the different types of clay found in regions across China and the craftsmanship associated with each. The most famous clays are found in Yixing, Yunnan, and Taiwan.

My lie was #2. I am familiar with the ceremony, but the accoutrements are prohibitively expensive, and I'm not enough of a fanatic to perform it drinking solo.

It’s the Republic of China—but people frequently call it Taiwan informally to distinguish it from Mainland China.

1. We had a thunderstorm yesterday in NYC.

2. I howled like a wolf in the supermarket Saturday.

3. I wish I could jitterbug well.
