Hmm the fact that most people I meet think I am distured insane or a sociopath I get accused of being a schizophrenic when people catch me talking to myself I have episodes of random out bursts of anger when really im just drifting into maddness :lol:

^Mine's a bit similar.
Feeling tired and headachey again after more disturbed sleep. I woke up at least 4 times, once due to an owl making noise outside which lasted about half and hour. That's the second night it's done it. :x So wish I could sleep well, I'm sure I'd be able to deal with things better.

I really can't exaggerate how much the sounds around me are bothering me today. My nerves feel completely shattered, similar to how one feels after a sudden car accident.
