Thanks, korts!
She looks remarkably like my maternal lineage, and she reminds me of the Bloomsbury women with that literary look in her eye! I also have a thing for hats!

I always admired Fred much like my father. He was gruff and stern but loved Wilma unconditionally, and would do anything for his family. He was a real man.

Songs that remind me of my family:

Father:
Roy Orbison, Satisfaction (Stones), I Saw Her Standing There (Beatles), almost all Elvis songs, Rasputin (Boney M), A Boy Named Sue (Johnny Cash) and anything Neil Young especially Sugar Mountain.

Father's Dad:
Love Lies Bleeding (Elton)

Father's Mother:
Bridge Over Troubled Water (SG)

Mother:
Rod Stewart ballads

Her mother:
Blue Bayou, Don't It Make Your Brown Eyes Blue

Brother:
All Tom Petty, Take It Easy (Eagles)

Jam: I'm all about raspberry or black currant. I can't do strawberry.

It's interesting and unique, but probably not one I would hang in my home.

Do you like to build things? If so, what? If not, why not?

I do like building or assembling things with instructions. I'm usually pretty good at it.

I absolutely suck at this IKEA sort of thing

I am embarrassed and ashamed---and my wife makes it worse.

Same question.

(Don't get me started ... and don't be ashamed ... )

You can build poetry, and that's much more important!

Do you ever wish you were born in a different country?

I sometimes wish I lived in a different city----but not so much any more.

I've been known to wish I was born in the UK.

Same question.

No, because no matter which country I was born in, there's always going to have problems, one way or another.

Same question.

I don't really wish I had been born in a different country. But I've never felt I had roots anywhere I've lived to the point of longing for the place after I move away. Out of sight, out of mind. Bob Dylan played a character in a movie in which he said: "I could live anywhere. I could leave anywhere too." That line has always resonated with me.

Same answer as uncanny Danny

Do not like drawing, painting, or jam

What were ten things or people that you used to like , and suddenly stopped liking? (Ex, cup of noodles, ). What happened to make you stop liking it?

is that an age-gap, the i can't, i won't and i shall not ever? before that the autistic was somewhat oblivious and just did like everybody would, but now there's a fairy tale that it comes easy for the normies, you would have to be guilluible to believe that, oh like the fairy tale that you're un-humanly unhuman if "trump",
isn't it beautiful in the age of the so-called avancedness you'll group-adhere to the fable of your desire
? -what was the q again?
i had that with bananas, and eggs too (mind you they're from my own chicken, no industrial food for them)
potatos, i didn't like them as a child and i'm back there,
that's all i can think of

same q

I'm not very good at listing a huge number of things, rather I used to like going to the local bakery;however, that is no more for, I'm too far from one now..

Do you feel there is a hierarchy referring to WrongPlanet members?

Yes, Germany. My ancestors came from there and I wish they hadn't left - but then of course I wouldn't have been born. Catch 22.
