During the FPOP program, I drank a quarter of a mega-can of Lo-Carb Monster in the morning. Then, one hour later, I fell asleep on the bus taking us to Cape Cod... for the entire 1.5 hours.

Maybe it is that, since we learned even in intro biology that the most immediate source of energy for animals are carbohydrates. :lol:
