If a female protagonist in a video game bleeds when she dies, the males watching reply, "She's having her period".
Really mature. 
As if women are incapable of bleeding any other way.
And whenever a woman is angry or annoyed, the men say, "She must be having her period". As if women can't be angry or annoyed for any other reason like men can be.
