My wife is my best friend so....around 18 years. I have no other best friend at this point and I'm fine with that.

Best friend, 13 months and counting

Only friend

One person has the monopoly

If she dumps me,. I will not chase her

Avoidant attachment style

Social anxiety disorder

:skull:

When someone does not forgive me, I avoid him

And I avoid people I have grudges against

But that is not always possible or practical

There are so many of them and they have power

But as much as functional

What are the ten most impressive things you have done?

I don't really like to brag...

I'll just write a few of what I think is impressive.

1) I've walked more than 10 miles.
2) I survived being homeless.
3) I saw a bear cub in the wild.
4) I had a baby.
5) In a few months I've found much support.
6) I made a small pouch to hang on the wall out of pine bark.

I'm done.

Do you have sound sensitivities?

Yes, to some extent.

Are there somethings that you will not show/present pliable adaptability on?

Best friend: A friend of the family. I have known her for nearly thirty years.

Sound sensitivities: no, generally not.

I find it hard to adapt to people who have a generally negative outlook on life.

Same q. What kind of people do you have trouble adapting to?

I can't adapt to people that stress me out. People that, based on their personality, their "aura", "vibe", actions, whatever it may be, cause me anxiety just being around them. Unfortunately I have a few members of my extended family like this.

I have trouble adapting to people who talk too much or make a lot of unnecessary noise (e.g., fiddling with things non-stop). People who want to plan activities far in the future or who have lots of social energy. People who laugh and cry and show lots of emotion all day long when I'm particularly stoic. Touchy-feely people. The vibe thing that Magna said.

People who feel the need to dominate every conversation.

But I think I do that too. :|

People who never shut up. People who are super nosey. People who are super stuck up. People who are condescending. People who are super fake or two faced.

If you could meet WP people in person (like some sort of...Aspergers convention or something) would you want to?

If it was one of my friends yes, but not if it was some sort of get together with a large crowd. I really hate those kinds of things!

I can imagine a nice little gathering with about eight people max, with places to escape to for solitude, and lots of puppies and kittens for distraction, and a lake. Yes, there has to be a lake. At night - so there's no bright sun. No offence to the people not in the group of eight. I'd have to repeat the process over and over until I'd met pretty much everyone, and that would take a long time.

If you could meet just one person from WP who would you pick? (I hope that question is allowed without it seeming exclusive -- I just mean who comes to mind first? No offence to anyone else).

Difficult to answer though, I might go with either Person A or Person B.

Yes I do. My character and how I act toward others is everything to me. I very much try to live every day by the "Golden Rule" of treating others as I would like to be treated.

I try my best when dealing with people whom show clear signs of bigotry or persons that always try to second guess me..
