Number 3?

Nope. Come to think of it, it's closer to 20 years for my aunt. She has been housebound with agoraphobia and depression since she was widowed.

#1 is my lie. My exbf's aunt hosted such a show, but not my own aunt.

I love having my brain scanned, though I prefer MRI scanners. I never got a copy of the image. I wanted to frame it and hang it on my wall.

I've just been skimming through an anthology of Latin poetry, and am considering memorising some Horace or Catullus.

I had a dental CT scan, if you can believe it. I've had several CT / MRI scans of my brain and most of my body but this one was for the root of a tooth, which has been hard to x-ray. Weird, I know!

I didn't think you were memorising Horace. That would be quite the task!

Not the whole ensemble of Horace, obviously, but a single ode or epode at a time.

Horace was probably the most amiable of the Roman satirists.

Interestingly, Alfred Tennyson did in fact perform the incredible feat of memorising all of Horace's Odes and Epodes, having to recite them frequently to his father whose pedagogical methods were worthy of James Mill.
