What is your favourite dessert?

Why? And for Belgium do you prefer the French or Dutch part?

Yes, I had a gerbil. I also had a pet mouse, white with black spots. I named him Rocky. The mouse got out and lived in our house. I believe Rocky then met and was amorous with some wild mouse/mice and they made a family in the walls of our house. My Dad was understandably upset and it too awhile to catch them all. Needless to say, no more rodents as pets were allowed!

My sister had an angora hamster that got out and did some roaming around the house as well. My paternal grandparents were staying over at our house and stayed in my sister's room. Apparently in the middle of the night the hamster crawled across my sleeping grandfather's chest. He of course had no idea what it was, grabbed the hamster and threw it against the wall. It didn't survive from what I recall.

I don't know what it was like to be other kids my age, but I was always a deep thinker. I remember realising that I was a different entity than other people, that I had my own existence, if that makes sense. I remember being upset when I realised that people had different points of view, visually. For example, I was upset that my friend's house faced "the wrong way" because her window looked toward my house whereas I was used to the view from my own window which looked toward "her house". I got angry about this difference and told her that her house was "stupid" because it faced the wrong direction. I remember realising that when two people face each other, they each see different things. That bothered me as well. I thought only my point of view should exist. I'm referring to literal (visual) points of view. I didn't understand conceptual POV then.

Same question.

I had a Budgie named Oliver. He's the one I set free in our garden, and then cried when he flew away. My mother later cooked him in the oven but that's another story.

I LOVED IT!

I had all sorts of plastic bath tub boats including the Fisher Price Houseboat. I think most of them were meant to be beach toys but I used them in the tub. I loved bath time! I still do! I have a rubber ducky now, but no boats :( The boats they sell now aren't the same. They look too cartoonish.

Yes, I loved it too, bubble baths and I also had the Fisher Price houseboat so I know exactly what you're referring to.

The only bad memory I had of taking baths was once when I was sharing a bath with my sister and we must have inadvertently locked the door (not intentional). My Dad needed to take a bath before going out and told us to unlock the door. We didn't (not sure why). He got angrier and then....punched a hole through the wall and unlocked the door himself.

In the show Atypical when Sam's Dad punches a whole in the wall and his Mom hangs a picture in front of the hole, it reminded me of the hole outside our bathroom. My Mom did the same thing (hung a picture) for quite a while until it was fixed.

Do you still remember the phone number you had at your childhood home?

We had a few hole punching incidents as well. My nephew had some rough years growing up.

I remember all phone numbers including my childhood one, my friends' numbers from when I was 5 or 6 years old, my high school student numbers, my Uni student number, etc. I even know my driver's licence number and all my credit cards and bank cards. Numbers are easy because of synaesthesia. I remember friends' birthdays too, from childhood... even some of my teachers' birthdays.

I wouldn't want lousy food anywhere.

Would you rather live in a castle or a funky flat high above Manhattan?

Me to. I would say a castle.

I used Southwest Airlines from LAX to Vegas and it had the kind of seating where you are in groups of four with two people facing the two other people, like you might see on a train. The female attendants wore shorts and pantyhose. It was really weird.

Do you have any flights planned?

I do to.

It's held me back a lot. Having I cousin my age I've grown up with, I can see how much it's held me back. But at the same time I guess I am okay with who I am with it.

Same question.
