I lost 2 more pounds this week! I celebrated with a peanut-butter and banana sandwich on whole-grain bread (with also made me feel good).

"Eat less, exercise more, and no excuses" really does work!

Waking up to find my cat sleeping on top of my feet. That always makes me happy, but today I was especially glad because last night she got into a fight with another cat and I was worried about her when I went to bed last night.
