My greatest accomplishment is making it from severe autism to moderate autism.

I was told about it by a member of a cat-related site I used to visit.

Same q.

I don't remember. I was likely googling something along the lines of "feeling alienated", "feeling detached", etc., or something to do with my stims and hypersensitivities. I didn't know they were called stims but I was always trying to figure out why they happened.

The first member I remember reading was Aunt Blabby and then korts.

I googled something like 'asperger's forum', and it was the first result.

Have you ever seen any of the following:
Gravity Falls, Star VS The Forces of Evil, or Steven Universe?

I'll leave that question for someone else!

I found it by looking at things of what people with autism like me are talking about. I believe the first member I found was CockneyRebel.

I had never heard the word "forum", so I didn't google that!
I'm pretty clueless about most pop-culture things or things that developed in the 2000s when I was out of touch.

Do you participate in any other forums? (Likewise, I didn't know there were others until recently).

I participated in a chat room in the 1990s. Otherwise, I was in no other forums as even a semi-regular.

I remember my cousin used something called ICQ in the 90s.

Does that count? It was more like instant messaging, though. I don't think it had multiple conversations going like this.

I’ve heard of ICQ. Didn’t know what it was.

WP has a place for one’s ICQ number.

I have a friend who is always talking about What's Up or something like that. I think it's for dating.

Have you ever gone on a blind date?
